Structures of Feelings: Structure of Revenge
Yoke Sum Wong (among others) led a four-day symposium with support of the Onassis Cultural Center in Greece (June 4 – 7, 2016). The symposium was comprised of an intensive 2-day workshop, an exhibition of the outputs and a public discussion.
Structures of Feelings is part of a series of international meetings based on Raymond William’s classic essay on materiality and feeling. Each meeting may tackle broadly, the idea of structures and feelings but also focus on a particular theme. For the meeting in Athens, revenge and all its entangled emotions forms the central theme in the space of the contemporary city.
